I have a passion for helping injured clients and their families receive full compensation for the true losses they have suffered. The legal system today can be quite harsh and difficult to navigate. I was born in KY but have lived in Cincinnati most of my life. I am a Reds, Bengals, and University of Cincinnati fan. I am married to Maureen Napier and we have two great adult children, Shan and Sean. I volunteer with the St. Vincent DePaul Society every Saturday returning calls for financial assistance. I have been truly blessed.

I highly recommend this lawyer. Attorney Napier (and his firm too) have an excellent reputation for their extraordinary knowledge of Personal Injury Law and courtroom skills. The reviews of his work and reputation by others here on Avvo tell you a lot but if you want to know more you can read any of the several hundred Legal Guides he has published on Avvo or his answers to consumer questions. You quickly realize what anyone in the southwestern Ohio legal community knows. Attorney Napier is one of the very best. If you have been injured or just want to know your rights, and his offices are anywhere near you, I highly recommend him to you.

James Crowley, Personal injury Attorney on Sep 22, 2010
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Mark and I worked on an international personal injury case recently, one that also involved worker's compensation issues, including major safety violations. The case took four years to resolve. In that time, Mark took countless depositions of expert and fact witnesses, made several court appearances, and successfully defeated a significant motion for summary judgment involving intentional tort law. Throughout this involved matter, Mark demonstrated excellent knowledge of the evolving Ohio law, related to our common client in a clear and decisive manner, and acted professionally at every opportunity. It was a distinct honor to work with Mark in this case. I have the highest regard for his honesty, competence and tenacity. I look forward to working with him again in the future. James C.
