Looking for a DUI/OVI or Criminal Lawyer in the Cincinnati, Dayton, or Northern Kentucky? I can help. Over half of the cases I work on involve a DUI or OVI. I also have experience fighting and negotiating Misdemeanor and Felony cases like drug possession, open containers, underage drinking, drug paraphernalia, obstruction of official business, gun charges, drug trafficking, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer, forgery, bank robbery, white collar crime, arson, theft, kidnapping, burglary, aggravated vehicular assault, aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular homicide, child endangering, telephone communications harassment, domestic violence, sex cases, civil/domestic violence protection orders, etc.
I am licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. I have defended criminal and traffic cases in the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky areas. I have been trained to administer NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) and completed the NHTSA Advanced Roadside Impairment Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) course that focuses on drugged driving.
