John Joseph Reagan

John J. Reagan’s legal experience began after college when he worked full time as a Senior Claims Adjuster for a national insurance company. At the same time, John attended evening law school and graduated Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1996. After passing the Ohio bar later that year, John began his law practice defending national insurance companies, product manufacturers, and trucking companies against personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death claims. Just prior to joining the firm of Kisling, Nestico and Redick, John was a shareholder at one of Ohio’s largest regional defense firms, Reminger Co., LPA, where he spent more than a decade. During that time, John took dozens of cases to jury verdict as lead trial counsel. John’s trial experience included defending consumer claims against product manufacturers, as well as defending catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from defective products, auto accidents, and truck collisions. John also presented seminars to local and regional legal groups on claims handling and trial practices.
