Do not hire this firm and save yourself the headache and your wallet because they do not produce results

I am extremely disappointed with Mishak Law Firm. In my experience, their lawyers were not there to fight for me, they were there to take my money. I paid thousands of dollars and over a year later my domestic case still has not made it to court. There has been no sense of urgency, no real communi...cation, and no action that reflects the amount of money I was charged. I felt ignored, pushed aside, and completely unsupported during a very serious and emotional situation. When someone hires an attorney for a domestic matter, they need advocacy, guidance, and someone who is willing to move the case forward. I did not receive that. What I received were delays, excuses, and bills. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who actually needs a lawyer to take action and fight for them. In my opinion, the focus was on collecting fees in total of almost 9,000 for just prep rather than representing their client to simply change wording in a divorce decree paperwork

Horrible

I hired Matt to deal with my ex-wife who refused to parent our teens. Not only did he lose the case, I lost my right to drug test my ex-wife as it was a court order. This guy then had the audacity to refuse to refund the unused retainer until I threatened him with action. He claimed that my r...etainer which was replenished the night before court was all used up by the next morning….

Would recommend

Matt was immediately willing to listen to my concerns and advocate for me. He was very professional and honest about what to expect. I trusted that he was working towards the best possible outcome for me. I’d highly recommend him.

Dedicated, Determined and Trustworthy

Matt always has your best interests at heart. When I needed any help with the legal system he has always come through for me. When he fights for you, the outcome is better then anyone else could have done for you. My family and friends have all had the pleasure of his experience and expertise in the... justice system and have all praised him for his actions and dedication on there behalf. In my opinion and the opinions of my family and friends, there is no better person to walk with you on your journey with the legal system then Matt Mishak. He is the most dedicated, determined and trustworthy person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. GOD BLESS HIM for his unwillingness to give up.

Resonsive and Responsible

Like a good doctor, sometimes the right course of action is to do nothing. I consulted with Mr. Mishak regarding a custody matter. He listened intently, asked the right questions and laid out a course of action that didn't involve immediately racking up the billable hours. In doing so, he gained m...y confidence, my future business and this hearty recommendation.
