A Good Choice

I contacted Matt just 2 days before my arraignment, he was polite and very accomidating to my needs dispite the short notice. I was charged with possession of marijuana in Elyria Ohio. My case was a tricky one because at that time i was also trying to be accepted into Pennsylvania's ARD prog...ram. In order for me to qualify for ARD in PA, I must resolve the Ohio charge by dismissal,withdrawl or by pleading guilty to an offense in Ohio which carries a maximum statutory penalty that does not exceed 90 days in jail and a $300 fine,making my case particularly challenging. I gave him permission to speak to my lawyer in PA so he fully understood what I needed him to do for me. He was up for the challenge. On the day of my arraignment Matt was able to get me off with an online marijuana and drug diversion course. This met all of my requirements to qualify for PA's ARD program. I am very satisfied with my overall experience working with Mr. mishak and I would gladly recommend his services.
