Horrible

I hired Matt to deal with my ex-wife who refused to parent our teens. Not only did he lose the case, I lost my right to drug test my ex-wife as it was a court order. This guy then had the audacity to refuse to refund the unused retainer until I threatened him with action. He claimed that my r...etainer which was replenished the night before court was all used up by the next morning….

Worth every cent!!

I hired attorney Mishak for a custody case that I had previously spent 3 years on with 2 separate attorney’s and still felt my children were not protected and I was completely misrepresented. Attorney Mishak is amazing!! He was able to get emergency custody immediately. We did have some set backs in ...court but I can honestly say I feel like attorney Mishak not only represented me better than the other attorney’s but he actually cares about the situation. He is very up front and honest, he takes the time to talk to you until you understand not talk at you, he listens, and you can honestly feel his passion to do what’s right. I hired him because of reviews I read,(that were completely true!!!), I promise, he is worth every cent and he WILL go above and beyond for his clients!! His staff are amazing people as well!!! Mark and Karen are absolute gems!!! I have never felt so comfortable in an attorney’s office before. I felt as if everyone worked together and they were prepared. No one wants to be in a situation where you need an attorney, but if you do, after having the worst ever experiences with other attorney’s, I can honestly say with no hesitation, attorney Matthew Mishak is willing to put the work in and I trust him 100%!! I have found an attorney that I will not only use, but highly recommend for legal needs who is more than willing to fight for his clients. He is honestly God sent!!

ETC case

Matt defended me during my ETC case. It was by far one of the darkest times in my life and he brought the light back for me. We won the case. Had we of lost I would have lost my kids. I can never thank Matt enough for what he did for me. He went into the court room and dominated the room. Amazing per...son let alone attorney.

Excellent lawyer!

I hired Matt to assist me with a custody case, he was very helpful and did stuff for me that I could have never done myself!! I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs legal Representation. He isn’t about dragging cases along to get your money. He is about trying to find the quickest resolution ...to your problem and helping you save! I chose Matt to represent me because I spoke with 3 lawyers prior to him and they all held information back from me, acted like they didn’t really care, or wanted me to fully retain them before they would give me any help on my case... when I first came and spoke with Matt I knew he was the one I needed in my corner! He is straight to the point and does what is in the best interest of you! He is someone who actually cares about his client. Matt Mishak is someone you need on your side!

Resonsive and Responsible

Like a good doctor, sometimes the right course of action is to do nothing. I consulted with Mr. Mishak regarding a custody matter. He listened intently, asked the right questions and laid out a course of action that didn't involve immediately racking up the billable hours. In doing so, he gained m...y confidence, my future business and this hearty recommendation.
