John Toth was able to get my case dismissed also before the case was bound over he was able to suspend the court cost and fines , so for a felony 5 and 3 misdemeanor charges, I walked away with 2 misdemeanor convictions and no fines! Given my track record I wasn't expecting that . He really does do h...is job well !!!
