EXCELLENT ATTORNEY FOR MY RETIREMENT ROLLOVER DISPUTE
I consulted with Ms. Marnie Lambert regarding the disputed value of my retirement account that was rolled over from my employer's 401K to my personal 401K brokerage account. Ms. Lambert was reachable and responsive, and had a genuine interest in my personal success. Her expert and caring consult helped guide me to a very favorable outcome without having to go to arbitration.
And, if arbitration was needed, I was secure and confident that Ms. Lambert was the best attorney to arbitrate my case for me.
After hiring 7 attorneys over the course of 6 years with no success towards my end goal I hired Marnie. She was the only one who could get the job done, and she completed it in 4 weeks. She is beyond efficient, returns calls very quickly, answers emails the same day and is fair with her billing. She truly is the best!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARNIE LAMBERT FOR LEGAL SERVICES.
The best decision I could have made was to hire Marnie Lambert to represent me in some complex and upsetting legal matters. She was an excellent listener and I felt comfortable working with her from the beginning.
It was important to Marnie that I was feeling at ease with her recommendations and strategies on how to proceed. I very much appreciated her for this "working together" attitude.
Due to Marnie's years of experience, connections in the community and sharp legal mind, I was well taken care of in the matters of concern I came to her with. I would not hesitate, for even a moment, to hire Marnie Lambert again.

RIA dispute
Marnie took my case on contingency, referred by another attorney to review my legal issue against a financial advisor, for breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation of investment fund bought GPB NYC, under SEC/FBI investigation. after 4 months,Marnie reviewed my docs/statements, stated that the rest of my account earned a profit, and my case would not be winable and is a JAMS not FINRA arbitration in washington. she had my docs/contract with advisory firm which stated conditions. could have been reviewed in 1 week. i had to contact her for updates, it seemed she was to busy or just let my case sit or too complex. my rating is 2-3 stars.

"Marnie is a respected and skilled attorney. We served as counsel together in a securities arbitration matter in Ohio. The out of state lawyer defending the nationally known broker-dealer knew Marne and her skill set, so she added much value for the client."

"I have known attorney Marnie Lambert throughout our years of representing investors who have been the subject of Wall Street misconduct. While Marnie and I have not yet had a chance to work together, as members of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), we frequently share thoughts, strategies and research to help each other obtain the best results for our clients against unscrupulous Wall Street stockbrokers, financial advisors and brokerage firms. Marnie has always been very professional, thoughtful and ready, willing and able to assist on any matter I throw her way. I strongly recommend Marnie as a securities litigation attorney."
