Needs to go back to college apparently

She's not even worth 1 star. Law school taught her the knowledge to screw people over.

Do NOT hire her!

I hired Hannah back in August 2024 for a simple dissolution with child(ren) for myself and my ex-wife. Our case was to be relatively simple as we share a son and nothing else (examples: real estate, cars, credit cards). Our paperwork was filled out after sending Venmo payment to Hannah of $1,000. We ...signed our paperwork at a Dublin Starbucks and was scheduled a hearing in September 2024 in Union County. Hannah wasn't overly familiar with Union County Courthouse and did state that to me. (We were NEVER told that we could file in any county in Ohio for a dissolution. I find this odd being that she wasn't familiar with Union County Court system) She had text me the day before our schedule dissolution hearing asking what time the case was to start, which was 0900. She complained about the time because she was going to attend a Kasey Musgraves concert the night before (which I'm almost 100% positive she showed up hungover for our hearing). She wasn't prepared, did the paperwork incorrectly, and seemed to know NOTHING about the dissolution process itself. My ex and I are 50/50 parents and decided to defer from child support, which apparently Union County RARELY does. She stated she knew nothing of the sort and we ended up going back to court in December. Mind you - this is all for a dissolution. We go back in December for our second hearing, and it goes exactly the same way as the previous one. I asked her to appeal his decision on mandating support due to neither of us wanting support from the other person. They had scheduled a third court date which Hannah informed me she was NOT going to be present for, and she required another $500 from me for filling out an appeal. I paid that, and she didn't do the appeal correctly. I tried reaching her MULTIPLE times during all this and received no response. I had contacted the courthouse multiple times and asked what I needed to do to get the ball rolling and they informed me that she should be the one calling. Hannah refused. She failed to attach a video recording of our initial court hearing with the appeal (which the clerks in the court stated she should be well aware of). I called to tell her this, and she stated she wasn't going up there and I could go request the DVD and pay the $10 to the court for that video. Which of course I did - but it didn't matter because she completely did the paperwork wrong. Long story short - our dissolution was thrown out in Union County along with our $2500 to Hannah. I tried e-mailing and calling on multiple occasions to get some of the $500 back considering she didn't do ANY part of the appeal correctly. She NEVER responded. It's now December 2025 and I FINALLY got divorced today in Franklin County. I filed all the paperwork myself and had it notarized. My ex-wife and I both were completely mind blown by how easy the hearing went today. We were both disgusted by how things went in Union with her being our "attorney". The anxiety this whole process caused was completely uncalled for and the lack of professionalism is disgusting. My advice would be to find someone who has knowledge and/or file it yourself without wasting your time/money and causing yourself stress.

Please look elsewhere for your legal help.

I would not recommend Hannah’s Legal Help. Back in January, I paid Hannah $500 as the first half of her flat fee to set up an estate plan. She seemed very kind and knowledgeable during our initial phone call, and she provided us with an estate planning questionnaire to get started. Unfortunately, aft...er I sent the payment and completed the paperwork, I have not heard from her again. I have reached out multiple times via phone calls, texts, emails, and voicemails over the past several months without receiving a single response. It is now September, and I still have nothing to show for the money I paid. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I don’t want others to go through the same situation. Please look elsewhere for your legal help.

Do Not Hire Hannah, she will take your money and do you wrong!

My husband and I have had custody of our niece, who we are wanting to adopt. Hannah was recommended by some friends of ours to help with that. We were always upfront with Hannah about our case and our journey. She seemed very genuine in the beginning, assuring us we had a case that could be and easi...ly won. She informed us on the law in Ohio about adoption, but continued to assure us we could win the case. The birth mother is still around, and filed for more visitation after being informed of the adoption. Hannah agreed to represent us n that case as well. When we were to show up for the first hearing over zoom, we spoke to Hannah 10 minutes prior to the hearing time, when the hearing started Hannah never signed in. She completely blew off the hearing or as she put it, got it mixed up. That should of been our first clue that this wasnt going to work, but we trusted her and paid her a lot of money(for us). She said shewould make it up by not charging us fro the custody hearing part. That was settled andit was back to the adoption. Everything seemed fine, until this past January, we had a hearing and there was some paperwork that needed filed. There was a due date in February fro said papers. I called Hannah multiple times and she wouldnt answer me , I sent emails, texts, direct messages, but still nothing. it was like she completely ghosted me. Weeks went by and nothing. I told her in a voice mail that her behavior was completely unprofessional. Finally one day my husband called her and she answered. she told us that she could no longer rrepresent us. really no explation why. My thoughts are the case was not as easy as she thought it would be and it was not one she could win. So instead of having a negative outcome on her attorney record she just quit us. We had to hire another attorney, who informed us that she has had other clients come to her from Hannah where she did the same thing to them. Our new attorney informed us that our adoption case could infact not go through, because of the laws in Ohio. I just want other people to be aware and stay clear from hiring Hannah, she puts on a good front, but infact does nothing but take your money.
