I spent 21 years in the military. By the time I was 31 I had 5 surgeries already. I was stuck at 90% for several years doing everything myself. I couldn't for some (VA) reason get to 100%. After being discharged from the marines In September 2015, I was stuck at 90%. In September 2019, i tried to reevaluate my claim myself to no advancement. I thought I knew what I did wrong, so I tried again the following january of 2020, yet still no advancement in my claim status. He was able to identify new things within my records, i didn't know you could claim such as GERD and my Sciatic Nerve. The whole process was fairly easy. I started talking to him in April 2023 about my claim. He was able to link me up with some local medical professionals who assisted me with an Nexus letter and physical examinations for my claimed conditions. After that, we waited. As a veteran it is important to be represented by someone who is truly at the front of the pack to get you the benefits you've earned. Justin is nothing short of the best for veteran's VA benefits. After being out of the service for 8 years the VA knocked down my benefits from 70% to a 40%. I had j...ust accepted that it was going to be reduced and went about my life. This was an amazing experience! I’ve been fighting with the Veterans Affairs for years now to get my disability compensation increased with no luck.
