VA Compensation

I came to Justin stuck at 80 percent, he got me to 100 percent p&t. The process was very smooth with him. He reviewed my military records for additional claims to be added from my prior service. He also went over my more recent medical record from the VA and looked to see how he could increase my alr...eady rated service connected disabilities. He secondary connected conditions I didn't know could be. Overall the process for gathering all the evidence for Justin was about 9 months. My claim only took 4 months! That was faster than all the ones I did by myself. I also didn't have to go to a single on of the VA C&P exams, it was all done with Justin's team! I know when I would go to those exams I would always stress out that I was going to say the wrong verbiage or miss something which could cost you a huge percentage on a claim. If I had to go through the process again I would pick him again. Communication was very easy with him. I forgot to say I had tried to get myself up to 100 percent and got stuck at 80 and gave up. I just didn't think it was possible.

VA DISABILITY

Justin, helped me win my VA disability claim/appeal. After 2 decades of fighting for benefits on my own and help from different service organizations, Justin took the reins and finished the race when I was ready to give up. Not only did he identify errors and gaps in previous attempts in filing claim...s, his team help found additional medical conditions that were previously overlooked. He took the initiative and filed and won new claims resulting in higher compensation and benefits without additional fees. His work, effort and dedication to my case far exceeded my expectations and was able to help me get a claim approved that had been denied my whole military career that ended up resulting in a 90% disability by itself. I strongly recommend using Justin to fight for you. He will look at every aspect of your claim and will comb through your medical records and identify any supporting evidence you may have missed and will file a new claim if warranted. I want to say thank you to Justin, his hard work and dedication to take care of Veterans proves once again that once a Marine always a Marine.

VA Rating

I met Justin last year after failing to get very far by myself for my VA claim. During our initial interview he took the time to listen to my story and together went through my medical documentation. As a Veteran himself, he understands the nuances that are involved in everyday military life. Over th...e course of the next several months he played an intricate role in helping obtain my military, civilian, and VA records to support my claim. He is extremely knowledgeable in the VA claim process. He is able to flawlessly navigate the intricacies of the claim process. In one fell swoop he was able to increase me from 50% to 100% by helping me articulate my conditions in a way that accurately reflected my conditions. His process should be the standard by which Veterans use to get the most out of their claims. If you are looking for someone to take your claim serious, and give you the best opportunity to maximize your claim, then you need to call Justin.

Va rating

I met Justin in the last few months of my active duty time. He guided me in the direction I needed to go to get a first time rating of 100%. Great guy to work with!

VA Disability Claim

My name is Garth Ranz, and I’m a retired USAF Lt Col with 29 years of service. At the time I retired in 2020, I did not have a VA Disability Rating. Justin did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process of filing a VA Disability Claim. He thoroughly explained all the medical issues and cond...itions I could claim based on my current conditions and what is documented in my Air Force medical records during my years of service. With Justin’s help and guidance, I received a VA Disability rating of 100% on the very 1st attempt. I highly recommend Justin Smith’s legal advice and services.
