VA Disability

I hired Justin to help me get my VA disability. I had put it off for almost 22 years because I didn’t want to deal with the VA nightmare. Justin started my claim in March of 2023. I had a 0% rating at the time. Over the next 7 months Justin worked with me identifying items I could claim that I wa...sn’t aware of. In May of 2024 as a result of Justin’s hard work and determination I received a 90% rating along with a very healthy back pay check. Justin didn’t stop there, he noticed the VA had not properly identified and reviewed several conditions I still had and filed an appeal on my behalf. In August 2024. This appeal included new evidence and medical documentation of these conditions. In Nov 2024 I was awarded 100% P&T. I wouldn’t have gotten here if it wasn’t for Justin hard work and making sure the VA did right by me. If you need the battle/war won, hire this Marine.

Best VA Lawyer

I hired just to help with my VA claims after being dragged along by other various VA reps who just weren't getting the job done. If I would have used Justin from the beginning this would have saved me a lot more time and trips to and from the VA. Justin not only has mastered military law but also sp...ent a good amount of time in the Marine Corps and knows exactly the system works. He takes pride in helping other veterans out getting them where they need to be and does it effectively, alongside the other professional medical personnel he works with. Even if it's not VA related, you can't go wrong with having Justin on your side because this guy truly does care and it's really good at what he does. I recommend you pick Justin Smith to fight for you, especially when it comes to your VA benefits.

No stress, just results!

I was stuck at 90% and had no real recourse to change it on my own not knowing how to navigate the bureaucracy of the VA. Justin looked at my file and explained that he could claim things I had not looked at as well as get increases in other areas. The whole process was as quick and painless as it co...uld be. Justin speaks veteran, he also speaks VA, so the communication every step of the way in a way that I could understand was a key to the whole process. The cost pales in the comparison to the troubles that I would have had had I went another direction. In my opinion it was well worth the cost. I would highly recommend Justin Smith to handle your claim.

VA Compensation

I came to Justin stuck at 80 percent, he got me to 100 percent p&t. The process was very smooth with him. He reviewed my military records for additional claims to be added from my prior service. He also went over my more recent medical record from the VA and looked to see how he could increase my alr...eady rated service connected disabilities. He secondary connected conditions I didn't know could be. Overall the process for gathering all the evidence for Justin was about 9 months. My claim only took 4 months! That was faster than all the ones I did by myself. I also didn't have to go to a single on of the VA C&P exams, it was all done with Justin's team! I know when I would go to those exams I would always stress out that I was going to say the wrong verbiage or miss something which could cost you a huge percentage on a claim. If I had to go through the process again I would pick him again. Communication was very easy with him. I forgot to say I had tried to get myself up to 100 percent and got stuck at 80 and gave up. I just didn't think it was possible.

VA DISABILITY

Justin, helped me win my VA disability claim/appeal. After 2 decades of fighting for benefits on my own and help from different service organizations, Justin took the reins and finished the race when I was ready to give up. Not only did he identify errors and gaps in previous attempts in filing claim...s, his team help found additional medical conditions that were previously overlooked. He took the initiative and filed and won new claims resulting in higher compensation and benefits without additional fees. His work, effort and dedication to my case far exceeded my expectations and was able to help me get a claim approved that had been denied my whole military career that ended up resulting in a 90% disability by itself. I strongly recommend using Justin to fight for you. He will look at every aspect of your claim and will comb through your medical records and identify any supporting evidence you may have missed and will file a new claim if warranted. I want to say thank you to Justin, his hard work and dedication to take care of Veterans proves once again that once a Marine always a Marine.
