Excellent

As a former Marine who served in Afghanistan, I endured years of 60% disability before seeking assistance from Justin. Within a remarkably short seven-month period, I have achieved 100% disability. Justin’s expertise and dedication made the process remarkably straightforward, and he provided comprehe...nsive answers to all my inquiries. His assistance has had a profound impact on my life, and I am deeply grateful for his support. I wholeheartedly recommend Justin to any veteran seeking assistance.

Extraordinary!

Justin does amazing work! After fifteen years of going nowhere with the local VA, I contacted him after hearing of some of his results. If I would have called Justin from the beginning and it would have saved me a lot of time. Being a Marine himself, he knows exactly what you went through. He speaks ...both military and VA lingo and does a great job of translating both languages. Like most combat veterans struggling with the idea of contacting an attorney to help, knowing that other people have it far worse than I do, he made me feel at ease with the decision. For anyone local, I was part of the 3/25 unit that was hit hard back in ’05. I finally contacted Justin in December 2023 and within a year I went from 0% to 100% without having to go to a single VA appointment. I know this is an extremely rare occurrence but what I want to point out is how meticulous and detailed he and his team are while looking through everything. From the first appointment, the communication was efficient, effective and clear. It doesn’t take long for you to see that he takes a lot of pride in what he does. Justin and his team of doctors are extremely thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable talking about my personal events/history while working with him and his staff. I have since recommended everyone I know! The cost and the time are both well worth it!

No stress, just results!

I was stuck at 90% and had no real recourse to change it on my own not knowing how to navigate the bureaucracy of the VA. Justin looked at my file and explained that he could claim things I had not looked at as well as get increases in other areas. The whole process was as quick and painless as it co...uld be. Justin speaks veteran, he also speaks VA, so the communication every step of the way in a way that I could understand was a key to the whole process. The cost pales in the comparison to the troubles that I would have had had I went another direction. In my opinion it was well worth the cost. I would highly recommend Justin Smith to handle your claim.

VA Compensation

I came to Justin stuck at 80 percent, he got me to 100 percent p&t. The process was very smooth with him. He reviewed my military records for additional claims to be added from my prior service. He also went over my more recent medical record from the VA and looked to see how he could increase my alr...eady rated service connected disabilities. He secondary connected conditions I didn't know could be. Overall the process for gathering all the evidence for Justin was about 9 months. My claim only took 4 months! That was faster than all the ones I did by myself. I also didn't have to go to a single on of the VA C&P exams, it was all done with Justin's team! I know when I would go to those exams I would always stress out that I was going to say the wrong verbiage or miss something which could cost you a huge percentage on a claim. If I had to go through the process again I would pick him again. Communication was very easy with him. I forgot to say I had tried to get myself up to 100 percent and got stuck at 80 and gave up. I just didn't think it was possible.

Solid Lawyer

Mr Smith represented me in a VA disability claim. I felt it was going nowhere, was overwhelmed dealing with the bureaucracy and he took over, explaining every step, handled paperwork, set up appointments and advised me on courses of action throughout the year long process. The case was concluded with... the best possible result and I have recommended him to other people, including my wife.
