I have 35 years of experience representing individuals as well as insurance companies in personal injury cases. My experience in working with insurance companies is of great benefit in representing my clients in personal injury cases because I am aware of how insurance companies evaluate cases and determine settlement value. I make every effort to present my clients' cases in the best possible light to make sure I can negotiate with the insurance company in order to get them to offer their very top dollar. I have also personally tried over 100 jury cases in my career and will not hesitate to file suit if I believe that the insurance company's offer is not reasonable and fair.

After the case was dismissed by the U.S. District Court, the Sixth Circuit reversed in favor of the injured flight nurse which required the disability insurer to pay according to the terms of the policy.
Crenshaw v. Weinberg, 805 S.W.2d 129 (Ky. 1991)
The Ky. Supreme Court held that even if the first no-fault payment is made more than 2 years after an accident (but within 4 years of the accident date), this will "revive" the action and toll the applicable statute of limitations.
