He filed motion after motion, resulting in my charges being reduced, and he even filed a petition against the judge (who was super suspect). The prosecution would not offer any reasonable deal despite having very little evidence. A senior prosecutor was assigned to the case. Mr Forman delivered on his promises. What you see in his videos is what you get. He didn't pull any **verbal** punches. He relentlessly attacked the officer and the complete lack of hard evidence. In the prosecutors closing arguments, he spent the first 7 minutes complaining about and attacking Mr Forman. At that moment, I knew we had won. The prosecutor and state trooper even refused to shake Mr Forman's hand while the jury was deliberating. The jury agreed with us and two of the sweetest words to ever grace my ears were returned on the DUI case...NOT GUILTY. No matter your location within Kentucky, do not hesitate to hire LARRY FORMAN. Tracy Shipley handled my case with the utmost grace and attention to detail possible, while going through a pandemic and having to deal with the same last name as me with no relation! She is awesome, and the firm does its job!

Regardless of the offense you’ve committed he’s the person to call. I was recently cited for expired tags, a suspended license due to failure to pay a ticket, and driving without insurance.
