Traveling for work through Pearl, MS, I was stopped late night for an illegal move I made in the car. Then, the officer's assumed I was "drunk" after I told them I had 2 beers throughout the entire day. I made the call and after speaking to Mr. Carmody, I knew he was the right guy for me. I have never been arrested or been to court. I was extremely nervous with this situation, but Mr. Carmody made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He didn't sugarcoat either. He told me what his plan of action was and how we are going to appeal and take the case to the county judge. We go to trial and sat there for hours until my name was called. The officer didn't show up and the judge granted a continuance, meaning, we have to go to a 2nd trial and give the arresting officer a chance. Few months later, we go to our 2nd trial and the cop failed to show again! Case dismissed! I caught the feeling that I hired the best of the best and they had a 0% chance of winning the case. Mr. Carmody isn't cheap, but it's better to spend the money than to spend the time in jail or on a suspension!
