Such a GREAT experience!!

Mr. Saxton is an amazing attorney! This was such a hard time in my life deciding to file bankruptcy, and I was even embarrassed at times. Mr. Saxton made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process! I would definitely use him again, even though I hope I don't have to ;) If you need a good bankruptcy attorney, Mr. Saxton is definitely the best out there!!

Bankruptcy

Making the decision to file bankruptcy is not easy and comes with many questions and concerns. At our initial meeting, Mr. Saxton, explained, in detail, every step of the bankruptcy process. After our initial meeting, if any questions arose, he was always prompt in making sure I had the answers. I highly recommend Mr. Saxton for his commitment and dedication to each one of his clients.

Wills & other related documents

Given the COVID social distance requirements Randall did a great job working remotely with us. He was very responsive with our questions and guidance and we were very happy overall with him and his firm.

Professional and comfortable

I hired Mr.Saxton after my mom used him a few years ago and just liked his service so much. I am young and had unexpected life events that threw me into the scary decision of bankruptcy and he made the whole process so easy and so comfortable. He was very patient with me as well and never made me feel bad about making this decision. Would recommend to anyone!!

Honesty and professionalism

Randall helped me get through the hardest and most difficult situation of my life in the most honest and professional way possible. Kind and laid back

Randall was kind, non judge mental, calm, knowledgeable, and professional. He is automated to be extremely efficient without having to drop things off at his office, etc. Also, though he was accessible, when needed. I never asked a question that he didn’t respond to quickly. We are truly grateful for the way he treated us.

Bankruptcy
