HOMERUN

Joey really hit a homerun for me. I was looking at serving a year in jail looking at a DUI 4th, with his help and expertise we got it all the way down to a DUI 1st. I can not thank or praise him enough for his services. Always responded in a timely manner and always was filling me in on what was happ...ening in my case. He also was able to get a DUI for me back in 2014 non-adjudicated even after all these years. Best DUI lawyer in the state hands down.

Attorney Joey Franks gathered the Doctor's statement & medical records needed to file suit & negotiated a fair & realistic settlement with the insurance company without ever going to court.
