I offer assist clients with transferring assets by preparing deeds and other written documents. I also offer preparation of wills, power of attorney, and advance health care directives.

I offer advice and guidance on all kinds of contracts and agreements issues. I also carefully draft various types of agreements including offers for sale, loan agreements, deeds, and much more. If required, I provide assistance with negotiations, tactics, and strategies to make the most of the client's situation. I also represent clients in various contract disputes.
