Car accident

I got hit on the freeway and almost totaled my car. I hired Abel and he walked me through the whole health, insurance, and legal process. Abel was very knowledgeable and I felt like he was always a step ahead. He checked in with me every so often to make sure I was doing ok and I could tell he cared about my well being. The person who hit me moved across the country and I was worried that it’d turn into a huge headache. Abel was very patient, caring and assured me that everything would be ok. Now our case is closed and I’m in great health! I would recommend Abel to anyone and everyone.

After working at 6 different law firms and agencies, Abel decided to go into practice for himself. His practice is primarily dedicated to helping injured people receive the treatment and care they need. Abel greatly enjoys fighting on their behalf, because each case is an opportunity to help someone who is hurting. Insurance companies fight hard to take advantage of these injured people - Abel fights harder to ensure that they get what they deserve.

Abel attended the University of Washington where he received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Law, Societies and Justice. During his tenure as a UW student, Abel served as a Political Associate for The Borgen Project working towards eliminating global poverty through domestic legislation. During this time, he also interned with the Washington State House of Representatives.

After graduating from the UW, Abel immediately began his legal education at Mississippi College School of Law. After completing two-thirds of his legal education in Jackson, MS, Abel moved back to Washington State to attend the University of Washington School of Law. Abel graduated with honors.

As a person of Ethiopian heritage, Abel performs regular community service with the Ethiopian Community of Seattle. He also plays the drums for his church in Edmonds, WA.

Excellent job on my car accident case!

I had an auto accident and wasn't getting any help from either insurance company, so I decided to hire Abel. I'm so glad I did! He took care of everything, kept in touch with me on a regular basis to keep me informed, and continually pursued the insurance company for the best possible result, which was how it ended up! The case was resolved in a timely manner and I couldn't be more pleased with Abel's work.

Very professional.

Amazing Abel!

I was in a car accident a year ago. I had never been in one before and had no idea how to navigate all the insurance companies and doctors visits. I cannot thank Abel enough for coming to my rescue! He took over all the communication so I didn't have to worry about anything but getting healthy! He is so helpful and personable. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be using him again if ever the time comes!

Excellent resource and ally

Abel was a huge help for me while I was dealing with property damage as a result of water damage from flooding. He helped me understand my rights as a tenant and gave me advice for the best course of action to take with my landlord. While this situation did not require a legal case, Abel's ability to listen and decide the best course of action was exceptional and provided me with the confidence to handle my circumstances responsibly and correctly. I will certainly seek his advice again and should the occasion arise that I need to pursue a full legal case, I will rely on Abel to do the research, educate me, and fight for me.
