I devote the majority of my practice to bankuptcy law while also taking on Family law cases on occasion. Originally from Columbus, Mississippi, I graduated from Mississippi State University and MIssissippi College School of Law. While in college I was enlisted in the U.S. Marines and was depolyed to Iraq during 2004-2005. I was medically retired from the Marines after sustainging life threatening injuries while on a mission. I married Jocelyn Gong Rollins of Greenwood, Mississippi in 2008 and we have one son. We enjoy spending time with family, golf, music, and hunting. We attend Christ United Methodist Church.

Bankruptcy isn't something that anyone wants to go through, but if you find yourself in that place like I did, then I definitely recommend Mr. Rollins and his associates. They are knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient, which makes the bankruptcy process less stressful.

Chapter 13

Very Professional. I have retained TC Rollins for a chapter 13 case. He has assisted me in reducing my monthly payments substantially during this difficult time. I TRULY ENJOYED THE PROFESSIONALISM OF HE AND HIS STAFF, PLUS THEIR ABILITY TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A PERSON, COMFORTABLE AND NOT JUST ANOTHER PERSON FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY, THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL ASHAMED I WAS TREATED LIKE FAMILY AND THAT MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY MOST OF ALL, THAT PUT THE ICING ON TOP OF THE CAKE, THEY DON'T CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG FOR THE FILING FEE LIKE SOME OF THESE OTHERS DO, SO YES I WOULD RECOMMEND ATTORNEY ROLLINS TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS THE ASSISTANCE.

Very welcoming and polite. Professional without being condescending . Explained everything clear. and concise. Very patient regarding questions I had. Straightforward regarding all options good and bad. Excellent staff that returned calls and emails quickly.

Great Firm---Rolins

Unfortunately, I was laid off back in 2011 in the state of OH. I decided to move and start a new career. I moved to MS in June of 2011. My income accomodated my expenses before the lay off. I started working here in MS, but the pay was so much lower. I still had the bills and started using credit cards to pick up the extra money. Well, I needed a lawyer to help me weigh my options. I searched the internet and took a chance with Rollins Firm. What a great choice!! TC was very understanding and helpful with what chapter of bankruptcy I should file.
