James Gary McGee Jr

I'm Jimmy McGee, a Tax Attorney conveniently located in downtown Jackson, Mississippi.  During my legal career, I have represented hundreds of taxpayers in cases involving the IRS, the Mississippi Department of Revenue ("MDOR"), and Criminal Investigations for Tax Evasion & Tax Fraud.  I have focused my law practice on developing real solutions in defending against IRS tax collections; utilizing administrative and judicial tax appeals; and, structuring taxpayer compliance plans.

In addition to being licensed to practice law in both federal and state courts, I also have extensive work experience in tax and financial accounting.  Having served for a number of years as the Chief Financial Officer of a Dallas-based insurance brokerage firm, I have personally experienced the frustration of working within our complex and impersonal tax system.
