Effective Results in my Modification

Lawyer Bill was able to help negotiate a binding settlement for my child support modification. I needed someone to help me separate the facts from fiction. He knows the child support laws, and stays updated on any changes. I am happy with the outcome of my case.

Always helpful

Mr. Jones has been very helpful with my divorce and custody battle. Any questions I have had during the whole process he has been more than willing to answer and help me understand. He sat down with me in his office and broke down how child support works and made it very simple to understand. As I l...ive in Texas and my divorce was in Memphis he was great about keeping me up to date. There are more times where he would call me and tell me what is going on with my case before I ever called him. Anytime I called and he wasn't available, I would get a return call within 1 business day. I really appreciate all his hard work and would recommend anyone in Memphis to use him as your attorney if you have any legal issue.

Very Helpful

Bill helped me out with some issues concerning some rental property. He had a lease written up for me to use that has been extremely helpful in dealing with tenants and issues at the home. He was very reasonably priced and met with me after my work day, which, on top of the good rate, kept me from lo...sing more money. Bill also assisted me on some closing paperwork on a home I bought. Again, the rate was great and dealing with his office was very easy. After these two great experiences, I decided to use Bill to help me set up an LLC, which was a very easy process thanks to his very helpful team. I recommend hi mto everyone I know.

Find a real lawyer!

I found Bill Jones to be difficult to reach, his office was chaotic, and he did not seem to know how to handle simple cases. Bill seemed more impressed with his radio show than with presenting a solid case for me.

I would love the opportunity to respond, but I'm uncertain who this could be. The only comment I would offer is that my clients receive my cell phone number, so it is difficult to believe that i am ever unreachable. At any rate, if you would send me an email, i'd love to know who it is, so we can evaluate how we handled your matter and see what can be improved upon. In this way others can benefit from your experience, and we in turn can continue to strive for the best results for our clients.

Quick response. Friendly. Attention to details.

I had a small matter I needed resolved traffic ticket-wise for my daughter (who lives out of Tennessee). I made a phone call to Bill's office, received a friendly ear to my story/situation and instructions on what to get the office so they could take care of the matter. I provided all the infor...mation requested and the next thing I know - the matter was resolved. And to top it all off, received a personal note from Bill after "bragging" about him on the radio. TOP NOTCH guy in my book - and not a bad lawyer either.
