I would recommend William Jones and his team to anyone in need of a divorce or bankruptcy. I personally hired his firm for both, and even though it was the most difficult situation I had ever experienced, I always had the comfort of knowing Mr. Jones was in my corner. Mr. Jones is a very intelligen...t attorney, who was always willing to listen and made my life his own. He took personal interest in my case. He got to know me, who I was, and what I needed more than wanted. I have heard of stories where some attorneys limit the knowledge of their clients to name and case number, and they are shuffled through like cattle, just a hash-mark on the board. That is not the case with Mr. Jones or his team. Mr. Jones always looks at the big picture and the cost/benefit of the situation and solutions. One thing I liked about Mr. Jones is that he never did anything I didn't want to do, or without my permission. He understood that I knew the opposition better than anyone, and he always asked what steps I wanted to take next, and what the reaction would be. At times he would hold me back because he knew emotions were running high and it was effecting my ability to make a smart, long-term decision. With his patience and knowledge, I feel he knew what I needed before I did, and that is greatly appreciated. If any have visited his website, you can see that he is one for technology, which gives him a defined edge in the arena of practicing law. His documentation and execution skills are superb. Now not to say there weren't negative issues, there were, but they are not worth mentioning because Mr. Jones always stepped up to the plate and took ownership, and if there was a wrong, he made it right.

I heard of Mr. Jones on 98.1 radio station. On the program, he will make referrals to other attorneys if the subject matter is not in his area of practice. He will tell the callers to call for referrals. My husband is interested in speaking with an attorney in another area of practice, so I called h...is office today. After speaking with his receptionist for a few moments she put me on hold. I expected her to just give me the name of an attorney, but instead she said I was going to be transferred to an attorney. What a surprise when Lawyer Bill answered the phone. He took the time to listen and ask questions. He then not only gave me two names, but also gave me advice to pass along to my husband. To me, if he took this much time to listen and advise then this man must be wonderful as a hired attorney. Truly, this man is in the business of helping people and not in it for the money. For him to take the time to speak with me says volumes about his character. I would recommend him highly.

I hired Mr. Jones to represent me in a dispute involving my ex-wife, wherein charges of civil and criminal contempt were filed against me, and also to attempt to modify an existing consent order. Mr. Jones was helpful to me from the very beginning, and immediately made me feel more at ease with an a...ssurance that the charges filed against me were baseless. I consider him to be very knowledgeable and he possesses good communication skills. In the end, the charges against me were dismissed; unfortunately the petition to modify an existing consent order was not granted, not due in any part to a lack of effort on the part of Mr. Jones.
