I endorse this lawyer. I worked with Toby when I was a law student and I practice in the same community as he does. He is an excellent advocate for his clients and I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend or family member.

Thomas "Toby" Welch is a true maverick in the criminal law arena. After a stint with the MS bureau of narcotics, he went into private practice. This gives Mr. Welch keen insight into the strategies, thoughts and policies of the government, giving him an almost omnipotent like edge over other Criminal Defense attorneys. I operate a small firm in TN, but with my MS license I have on ocassion had the need to associate with a MS Criminal attorney to protect the rights and freedom of my clients. In each association, Mr. Welch has brought to the table a unique set of work skills and out of the box thinking that have had repeated positive results for our clients. I highly endorse him as an Attorney, a Counselor and an advocate for his clients and the law in general. I can unashamedly say that on a personal note, a better person, or friend, you will not find.
