I hired Rachel after being screwed by another attorney for my divorce . I met with Rachel and while we were discussing my case she went to investigating on the spot and just started going through it . I think it's a difficult decision for a lawyer to get involved in the middle of a case and many fact...ors are involved. The number one thing in our conversation was honesty which went both ways. Knowing she can only do her best if I was complete honest with her and Rachel being honest with me. I could tell while talking to her and listening she had the knowledge and experience to deal with my divorce case. As a client of a lawyer trust is vital just got to have it . Rachel went to work sifting through my case and laid out a plan of action. Rachel told me what I needed to do and what she was going to do. Communication throughout the process for me was the biggest factor in building that trust. I was involved in all emails and phone calls and decisions were made off my thoughts and her vast knowledge and experience. It took two years to get it done and she accomplished everything she said and then some which included protecting my kids which was number one for me. In saying that there were many times Rachel told me things or advised that I just didn't want to hear or do but having that trust and faith in her I did it. Guess what she was spot on after the fact. Rachel went above and beyond in my case, my kids and for me personally . Rachel is a fair ,honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and experienced. I will recommend her to anyone who asks.

Rachel left me without a lawyer when I needed assistance and was trying to get my case settled, then lied to another attorney about why she dropped the case. She did not include a property settlement in the divorce or reimbursement for child support costs, leaving me without a lawyer to handle the mo...st important details of the case. The lawyer who eventually handled the property settlement said she did not handle this case appropriately.

I would recommend Mrs. Lambert to anyone needing an attorney. She went above and beyond with my case and instead of having my daughter every 5 days like before, thanks to Rachel, I now get her every other week. She kept me informed with everything that was going on and she told me not to worry about ...anything because she was going to handle it!

I hired Rachel to modify my custody and visitation. I have to second the other review about Rachel being unreachable. She never responded to my emails or calls. On the day we went to court, I had not spoken with her in weeks and I was worried she wouldn't even show up. She did eventually show up ...15 minutes late and I had to rush through with her what we were there to do since she had not answered my calls or emails prior to the court date. Another issue I had is that she didn't seem to be up to date on newer laws. I was doing all the work for her. Rachel was very unprofessional at times. I caught her talking negatively about me to my adversary's lawyer. Due to this, I couldn't trust her to handle my case properly. After my case was resolved, I had another issue which I called Rachel for. She said I had no grounds to file anything to resolve the issue. I reminded her what the law says and that I do have grounds, and she very rudely yelled at me that she could not do anything about it. Needless to say, I called another lawyer who was able to resolve the issue for me without any hassle at all.
