Rachel Leigh Lambert

I hired Rachel to modify my custody and visitation. I have to second the other review about Rachel being unreachable. She never responded to my emails or calls. On the day we went to court, I had not spoken with her in weeks and I was worried she wouldn't even show up. She did eventually show up ...15 minutes late and I had to rush through with her what we were there to do since she had not answered my calls or emails prior to the court date. Another issue I had is that she didn't seem to be up to date on newer laws. I was doing all the work for her. Rachel was very unprofessional at times. I caught her talking negatively about me to my adversary's lawyer. Due to this, I couldn't trust her to handle my case properly. After my case was resolved, I had another issue which I called Rachel for. She said I had no grounds to file anything to resolve the issue. I reminded her what the law says and that I do have grounds, and she very rudely yelled at me that she could not do anything about it. Needless to say, I called another lawyer who was able to resolve the issue for me without any hassle at all.

Mr. Scott Tichenor is obviously upset because he refused to pay his bill for the services rendered by Mrs. Lambert... My experience with her was was that she is very prompt and very knowledged with the law.. She Handled my childsupport case very well and shows great professionalisim in her job. I hav...e recommended her to several of my friends and will continue to do so. I will NEVER use another attorney as long as Mrs. Lambert is praticing... So i will end by saying that you should have paid your bill Mr. Tichenor and you would'nt be being sued and you would have had no reason to slander Mrs. Lambert..

CAUTION! Please read carefully if you are thinking about hiring this lawyer. Rachel was impossible to reach at all times. She would go months without a return e-mail or phone call. Rachel was clearly not knowledgeable of the law. She gave regular advice that was incorrect and detrimental to my case. ...On two seperate occasions she showed up to court completely unaware of what we were there to do. I would have given her a negative rating, on responsive and kept me informed, if that had been an option. She has floated around several law offices; as she clearly struggles to keep a job. Hiring Rachel proved to be a costly mistake.
