Ms. Johnson Mead received a B.A. in English from Washburn University, Topeka, KS, in 1999, graduating cum laude, and her Juris Doctorate from The University of Memphis in 2004. While in law school, she served as a member of the Moot Court Board and the Mock Trial Team. She was a published member of the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure, was awarded an internship with the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office in Memphis, Tennessee, and was employed as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert Lanier and the Honorable Donna Fields, Thirtieth Judicial District at Memphis. Ms. Johnson Mead was employed as an Associate Attorney with the Pounders Coleman firm for four years before starting her own firm in 2009.
