Do not use attorneys Gumm and Green. Lindsey Green was beyond terrible, he has destroyed my life and he does not care about his clients or their children. He only cares about filling his pockets. He took my money, did little to no work, the work done was incomplete, was not prepared for court, an...d repeatedly lied to me. I would have been better off representing myself. Go to LA Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Court house, search for Lindsey (benson) Green, &/or Gumm and Green, and you will find they are being sued for malpractice by two clients. Yes two!!! I previously Googled him and found these lawsuits, but as of today, they are not showing up on Goggle, so the only way to find these lawsuits is to go to the court website. Gee, I wonder who and how they got removed!!! In my opinion, he is a fraud and should be in jail. Read the court documents and make your own opinion. LINDSEY compromised my case. my attorney acted against my interest. I paid all his bills, close to $33.000 and in return i got a jeopardized case. I do not believe for a second that mistakes were negligent. I believe he wanted me too loose, because with each inaction and a with each mistake i w...as getting more and more frustrated. I was asking him to follow up with meet and confers as required, he did not. Deposition he took was a joke. he did not asked single follow up questions. the opposition got away with 175 unanswered question. Terrible experience.

Lindsey knows the law that is apparent, but he talks more than he listens, and he didn’t spend adequate time with me before my trial to explain my final divorce judgment. I was left there in the courtroom to make a last minute decision that will affect me for the rest of my life. I am now paying more... money in alimony to my ex wife than I should. I do not recommend Lindsey.
