I hired Rachel to represent me in a highly contested divorce case. My now ex-wife and her attorney were playing so many games trying to run up my bill, but Rachel put a stop to it, and was very reasonable to work with and took my finances into consideration during the representation. I hired Rachel to modify my custody and visitation. I have to second the other review about Rachel being unreachable. She never responded to my emails or calls. On the day we went to court, I had not spoken with her in weeks and I was worried she wouldn't even show up. She did eventually show up ...15 minutes late and I had to rush through with her what we were there to do since she had not answered my calls or emails prior to the court date. Another issue I had is that she didn't seem to be up to date on newer laws. I was doing all the work for her. Rachel was very unprofessional at times. I caught her talking negatively about me to my adversary's lawyer. Due to this, I couldn't trust her to handle my case properly. After my case was resolved, I had another issue which I called Rachel for. She said I had no grounds to file anything to resolve the issue. I reminded her what the law says and that I do have grounds, and she very rudely yelled at me that she could not do anything about it. Needless to say, I called another lawyer who was able to resolve the issue for me without any hassle at all.
