I know how these cases are put together at the most basic level, and have experience in cases ranging from complex narcotic conspiracies to DUIs to the even most minor criminal offenses. Second time I have used Mr. Kelly Tanner for legal assistance and in both cases I have been extremely pleased with his professionalism and timely correspondence regarding each case as well his knowledge and litigation skills. Kelly has always been very forth right and candid regarding each situation while setting clear expectations as to how each situation needed to be handled. The first time I contacted Mr. Tanner was regarding a dispute for service charges on a job which had not been done properly at which time without hesitation he reviewed my complaint and was able to get resolution within a month or two while keeping me informed the entire time. Without hesitation I recommend Mr. Tanner and found him to be affordable, knowledgeable and someone that takes pride in representing his client.

Best attorney around!
I recently contacted Mr. Tanner to assist with two charges involving driving and he was able to get both dismissed! The whole process was the smoothest I've ever had dealing with an attorney. Phenomenal attorney
I’ve known Kelly for 15+ yrs and 5 of those yrs he was my partner at KPD. I was fortunate enough to get to work with Kelly on several cases. His work ethic and drive will not be out done and that was evident when my daughter was involved in a traffic accident that wasn’t her fault. He stayed on top of the insurance company and didn’t let the case drag on unnecessarily for months. Mr. Tanner has represented me on several occasions. He has always provided me with great direction and advice. Always getting back to me with information in what seems to amazing time! Has has made me feel welcome and important. Not just like I'm another client that that's coming and going. Always shown me respect! Mr. Tanner works extremely hard on my cases and has always astounded me with the results. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Kelly Tanner! Incredible Attorney
I hired Mr. Tanner after I was arrested for dui and possession of a couple different drugs. I was a basket case worrying about losing my job and going to jail, but I had complete faith in Mr. Tanner after some of my friends told me about him - he had saved their ass multiple times. He got all my charges dismissed! His slogan of "Tip the Scales in Your Favor" is 100! You be thankful you called him if you need a lawyer - he's the best.

The best lawyer around!!!
I could of not asked for a more better lawyer, Kelly went above and beyond on my case. He was there for me every step of the way no matter the time or place he always responded back to me. You’re the best !!
Successful did what needed to be done with my brother’s case. It was a DUI, he knew what’s gonna happen and it was exactly the same as he said.
