Franklin was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and graduated from West High School in 2006. He graduated from the University of the South, more commonly known as Sewanee, in 2010. While at Sewanee he participated in Residential Life and the Swim Team and earned several academic accolades. Following graduation from Sewaee, Franklin attended the University of Memphis for law school. While in law school he was a staff member of the University of Memphis Law Review and was recognized for academic achievement several times. Franklin has experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, juvenile defense, and immigration law.

Best defense attorney around
I reached out to Mr Ammons about a issue I was having, I consulted with him and hired him and it was the best decision... He did in 2 days what the previous lawyer couldn't do in 4 months.. if you want the best call this firm and ask for Mr ammons.... simply the best....

Franklin represented me for a long-standing citation I had failed to resolve. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the resolution process. I was looking at 3-5 years in a federal prison for a couple of felonies and a couple of misdemeanors. Mr. Ammons was able to get all of my charges dismissed and expundged with only a year of probation. He is very professional, friendly, accessible, punctual, and capable. I highly recommend Mr. Ammons and will definitely be using him for future legal advise and defense.
