The best of the best!

I hired Mr. Meneffee to represent me in my divorce proceedings. He was very knowledgeable and didn't sugarcoat things. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my case. Mr. Meneffee and his paralegal are the absolute best!

The best attorneys in town!

I hired Michael a few times over the years and he is brilliant and pays attention to detail. He is honest and has a LOT of experience, and a great staff. He is the best!

Against all odds

I could not be happier with choosing Michael Menefee as my attorney. He fixed what my other attorney botched. My previous attorney recommended we drop the case only days after accepting my $2000 cash which was nonrefundable. Ultimately, I had to concede to drop the case. Fast forward one year; ... Michael was able to get this case reopened against all odds and the matter was brought before the judge. My ex-wife’s attorney was visibly dumbfounded based on my observation of her body mechanics, voice inflection’s, facial expressions, etc. I was amazed with the way Michael was able to process all the information that I had given him, then condense it into a few short sentences and articulate it in a way that the judge was compelled to agree with. So the case is now re-opened and we are getting ALL the documents that we had originally requested! He made my ex-wife’s attorney look foolish and I don’t think that I am exaggerating in the least by saying that. He’s been very patient with me, spending hours over the past few months attentively, listening to my concerns, never any pressure, never any promises. So I was the one to make the call whether or not to go forward and try and bring the case before the judge once again. I have no regrets and believe we are going to win and in my eyes, we have already cleared a big hurdle. Based on my experience with Michael thus far, I think I made the right decision on going back to court and choosing a new attorney in Michael. So the jury is still out but if I win my case he will have pulled something off that no other attorney wanted to risk. It could literally change my life. I was swindled for more than 20 years of marriage. No one believed me, much less wanted this case but Michael listened and I could not ask for anything more than to have him to continue serving as my advocate in this case. His assistant, Susan is wonderful, and all of the staff are professional, courteous, and top-notch. Stay tuned… (more good news to report after we win!)

Pleased

Michael served me in a divorce case in a professional and courteous manner. He not only laid out the options clearly, but also encouraged and supported us in our efforts to seek reconciliation instead of divorce. You will be well taken care of with Michael, and feel comfortable that you are making t...he best decisions.
