RESULTS!!

Patti Garner's efforts allowed me (father) to keep custody of my children while successfully negotiating my divorce. She always kept what was best for my children in mind. I would most definitely recommend Mrs. Garner!

Fabulous Attorney

Patti is in my opinion one of the most dedicated, professionals that I have ever dealt with. She represented me in my divorce case and I got everything I had ask for. The most admirable thing about this was, "I was told my husband had the meanest attorney in Sumner County and I should fear my represe...ntation.". I had complete faith in Patti and I am here to share my story. If anyone needs a great a attorney, I suggest you give Patti Garner a call. Even up against the meanest attorney, we still won.

Willing to work for you and help you through each step of the process, and hug your neck when it is over....

In 2011 I realized that my husband was having an on-going affair with his x-sister in law (from 2000) and they had plans of moving her and her children to TN, into our home and myself and my daughter out. I needed help and wanted to find someone that would understand what I was feeling and going th...rough and luckily, I contacted Patti's office in 2011 to help me with my divorce. One of her associates, at that time, was assigned to my case however during the next few months she left to pursue other interests. Patti stepped right in, and not only did she devote her time to my case, because of the confusion she worked with me so there would be no additional cost that would be needed for the completion of the divorce. I have to say that I was skeptical of that statement, but Patti kept her word and never asked me to pay another dime. Even though it did take some time for the case to be final, due to the lack of responsiveness by my x-husband and his attorney, Patti kept on course and kept me information so I understood what was going on - - in English, not lawyer-ese!! Patti is a strong negotiator and knows what has to be done and when to do it. Patti worked hard to insure that, in the end, I was well taken care of and got what I wanted. She was able to complete the case in time for me to relocate for my job and buy my new home. As hard as Patti is in the court room, that is how sensitive she outside and she always has time to take a call or the extra 10 minutes to give an explanation. Patti proved to me that there are at lawyers who put their clients first and do what is right for them..... If you are looking for an attorney who will listen to you, explain the process so you understand, keep you informed step by step, and walk the path with you through whatever issue you have that brings you to her office….. Patti is the attorney that you want. Thank you Patti for all your help, kind words, and caring.... you took a horrible situation and walked with me through it to completion and success.......

This woman didn't tell me everything about what to expect before and during a divorce. I could never get a hold of her for questions. Only time I was able to see her was 10mins. before court. I have to admit I didn't have the proper funds but I told her that in the consultation. Instead of telli...ng me that I couldn't afford her she took my money anyway. Don't hire her unless you have sufficient funds or she will not represent you fully compared to someone who has lots of money. Be Warned!!!

It is unfortunate that this alleged prior client feels this way. All clients are advised and treated the same way, including during an initial consultation the costs are explained in detail particularly if the facts are difficult and the divorce is likely to be contested or one with alimony. If funds are limited (as indicated in this case), I do try to use phone calls and client meetings sparingly, once I have the information necessary to try a case, because client money is better utilized dealing with the court action rather than hand-holding. Divorces can be a difficult and highly emotionally charged time. It is also unfortunate that this person chose to post anonymously. As it stands, I have no idea which client believes they have been wronged. I certainly haven't had anyone contact me or my office with these complaints. Of course, it causes me to question the authenticity of this complaint. I do not believe that this is a fair representation of the services rendered by my office. When I read the message it all seems to be money related and unfortunately, it does cost money to have a strong legal presence in a contested divorce.

Outstanding Legal Representation!

I first hired Patti B. Garner in 2009 to represent me during my contested divorce. It was one of the most difficult times in my life. I was bombarded with important decisions that I knew would effect my life and my infant son's life. Patti B. Garner gave me excellent counsel and guided me through e...ach step. She took the time to meet with me as often as I needed, was prompt to return phone calls, and demonstrated that she has a very thorough understanding of the law. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my divorce and my parenting plan. The parenting plan was the most critical aspect of my divorce and I credit Patti B. Garner because she worked tirelessly to ensure the parenting plan included what was in the best interest of my son. Patti B. Garner still represents me when modifications to my parenting plan are needed. She is a phenomenal lawyer. She cares very much for her clients and has a tenacity to win like no other! I highly recommend her to anyone who desires excellent legal representation.
