The action of the trial court in denying a continuance and granting a divorce to Wife is affirmed. The action of the trial court on all other issues is reversed, and the cause remanded for further proceedings.
Affirmed the judgment of the trial court.
The court has jurisdiction to grant the divorce and award custody but does not have jurisdiction to award child support or attorney fees.
The trial court was incorrect in ordering the third party visitation. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in awarding the tax deduction to Father.
Reversed the judgment and remand the case with directions to award the proceeds of the life insurance policy to the decedent’s brother.
