Jon David Rogers

The court appointed Mr.Rogers to my case in 2019. He failed me in every way possible. Would not return my calls for over 6 months until I requested new representation from the court. Before I got on the interstate he was blowing my phone up. Gave him another chance worst mistake. He failed to inform ...me of hearings that resulted in no-contact orders being placed. My character was destroyed in court by multiple lies, state workers lying under oath as he sat there didn't say a word. Kept telling me to be patient. I would get my chance to defend myself. Well, that never happened. Weeks before the final court date, I called and left numerous messages, but received no response. A couple of days before I was admitted to the hospital, I could not reach him until 7am same day of court. Tell him I'm in the hospital and he informs me he no longer works for the state and is no longer representing my case so I need to call the courts immediately to let them know I was in the hospital. The court proceeded with my case even after informing them of the situation and cost me my rights to my kids. He did absolutely nothing for my case not one thing. I truly believe that if I had anyone else to represent me my case would have never ended the way it did. I honestly believe I could have represented myself and done a better job than him any day of the week. Do not waste your money and if he is court-appointed do everything you can to request new representation.

He may easily screw up your case. Hired Jon David Rogers as my attorney was my biggest mistake ever. I hired Jon David Rogers representing me in a civil case on a flat-fee contract. In my case, (1) He lied to me that he had legal experience in handling conspiracy and defamation cases, and actuall...y he never had;(2) He lost very important case files which resulted in my 5 year lawsuit being dismissed; (3) He lied under oath that his client had been “…pled guilty, and served on probation…”. Actually the case he referred to was dismissed; (4) He hide many very important court orders from his client to cover up his failure for mess up the case; (5) He has very poor motives for the lawsuit and was unresponsive for over 60 days after I signed him up and paid him; (6) He got emotional easily especially when I asked about the case. My opinion: Hiring Jon David Rogers as your lawyer is high risk to your case.

Jon was well educated in the probate area as well as several other areas of law..He has taken the time and went out of his way to take care of our business.He approached our job with enthusiasm and the knowledge to get the job done.He answered all of our questions-was always there when we needed ...him. I would definitely recommend him -he takes the time to get the job done and gets you results.In summary he is who you need on your side not only will he get you results,his prices are fair and he truly cares for the people he works with.
