Great Attorney!

I hired Richard for family court, I actually got his name as a referral from a family friend. Richard was very responsive, knowledgeable, and direct. With family court, emotions are high and I was appreciative of the time he took to explain everything thoroughly to me and made sure I was aware of what may or may not happen up front. He is confident and honest but easy to talk to, especially when my anxiety was through the roof during certain situations. We did go to court several times and he was great at explaining the process of what to expect. He is very fair on billing and I was never afraid to call or email him because of that. He was extremely patient throughout the case, which I know was difficult considering my ex and I do not get along at all. I highly recommend Richard to anyone going through the family court!

Mr.House was and has been an amazing asset to have on my side. He is a very informative and intelligent when it comes to laws, court proceedings, and the areas of practice that he is does ( family/ child custody ) was area I needed. He is down to earth and really tries his best to be relatable and very compassionate toward his client and your situation. He has patience for drawn out situations which insures they are handled properly. He is honest, upfront and reliable and I would use him again and refer him to anyone I know. I live out of state and he still handled my case amazing and without delay. He was able to defend my side and prove facts and have the outcome as a win for me in the case. I can not express enough my joy, pleasure and gratefulness toward Mr. House and his handling of my case nor can I say enough or properly explain his workings on my case. Extremely helpful

I had questions about a workman's comp claim. Since I didn't know my rights or didn't know how to respond back to the insurance lawyer who denied my claim . Mr. House called me back 5 minutes after speaking with his secretary. He took the time to answer all of my questions . He explained in detail all my rights. Thank you so much. A true gentleman

The BEST!!

Richard is awesome! He has done a great job with our case! He is very personable and I have never felt like he has lead me in the wrong direction. I've had issues with attorneys before, but Richard is far beyond your average attorney! I highly highly recommend this man!!

Approached a Hard Circumstance with a Human Touch

Divorce is a hard thing but one of the best things to come out of it is getting to know Richard. He approached every conversation with human compassion and kindness and was an absolute advocate for me at every turn. He clearly outlined all of my options and was never pushy with the choices I made. He communicated very clearly that the decisions were mine and he would support what I felt was right. Not once did I feel overwhelmed and confused by what was happening in the legal process. He just lifted all of it off of my shoulders and I don't think it could have gone any smoother. Excellent attorney

Mr. House represented me in juvenile court to modify a parenting plan. I was wanting to become primary residential parent and he made it possible. He made sure I was prepared and all of my questions were answered. He was available whenever I needed to speak to him and he was quick to respond. I am forever grateful for the outcome of my petition and so happy that I found someone that I felt confident in representing me. He is hands down the best! Definitely my go to for any legal issues.

efficient, effective, and communicative

When I consulted with Mr House he was thorough, direct and informative. He kept me informed of the plan throughout, what was needed from me and the next steps. He was always accessible when I had questions. He made the horrible experience I was going through less stressful. I am beyond grateful to have him in my corner. He fought for me the entire time but was honest to keep my expectations realistic.

Extremely helpful and that was over the phone!

I called Mr. House's office let a message and he actually called me back. He is a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable. He could not help with my case, but recommended another lawyer. Thank you Richard!

Richard is one of the best lawyer and person i have meet. No one will ever wants to hire a lawyer, but if you do need one, Richard is your best bet. He understand your situation and care about your case. He will even go beyond what a normal lawyer will do and provide what you need. Before hiring Richard, i spoke to numerous attorneys and i the impression i had is lawyers just wants your money and couldn't care less with the results and rest of assure Richard is not that type of lawyer. Speaking to him has always been pleasant and he is always available to speak to you. Even after 2 years of case is finished, i'm still speaking to Richard regards on case because i need some old documents Again, no one wants a lawyer but if you do need one, Richard is the go to.

Peace of Mind

I was referred to Mr. House after I had an incident, and I would say because I contacted him, I was able to navigate a system that I would call completely foreign. Luckily, I'm not familiar with the legal system, and that's one of the main reasons, I would suggest reaching out to Mr. House. He did not overpromise, and instead tried to make sure I fully understood the situation so that together we could determine the best approach to get the most desirable outcome. Mr. House took over the property damage claim from another local firm that decided not to represent their client after determining the claim was not worth their time or energy.
