S. Blake Bratcher

My roommate and I recently had issues between us and our landlord. We quickly found ourselves in a situation where we were facing eviction on top of unrealistic fees and weren't even able to contact our landlord or their lawyer to negotiate. I recently received two violations that would result in points off my license. You never want to have that happen especially when your license is your livelyhood. Mr. Bratcher and his team were there from beginning to end and were able to get both violations dismissed. They were knowledgeable of the ...laws and the area in which the violations happened and were always available to answer any questions myself and even my spouse had.
