Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!!

Mr. Turner saved my future!

I faced five charges, one felony and 4 misdemeanors. The felony charge, vehicular assault was a serious charge that carried possible significant jail time. He worked with the DA to get them to reduce it down to only two misdemeanors. Simple possession, fine only. DUI 1st offense. Everything but the DUI will be expunged from my record. This couldn't have gone any better! I left court without having to serve any jail time. All I can say is wow.. I am so thankful I hired him and I can't be happier with the outcome and his great work! HE IS THE MAN! I am now able to finish my last semester of college to earn my bachelors degree and be the husband and dad I am suppose to be. Thank you Mr. Turner for representing me.

Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!!

I live in Rutherford County and received a DUI. Everyone I spoke with gave me little hope for a good outcome in this county. If anyone is looking for a great knowledgeable criminal attorney, then Jonathan is who you want to see! We was so hesitant in the beginning being from out of town and not knowing him, well his reviews were revealing! The questioning to our answers through texting and emailing were answered very responsive with no time lacking in between which gave us comfort in hiring him. We was looking @ time to be served with expensive fines, Jonathan knowledge with this field not only cleared time that was supposed to be served but also got it esponged from the records with no fines! Not knowing him he gets our thumbs up as being highly recommended if you're looking for an attorney in the Tennessee area, he's your man! Experienced and knowledgeable

Excellent attorney

I hired Jonathan for a DUI charge I received while visiting from out of state! he always responded to my calls and texts promptly and on my court date he got the charge reduced even though the blood test showed residual drugs in my system at the time which I feared was a nail in the coffin. in the end I had to pay fines and be on probation for one year which i would never have to travel back from my home state to fulfill. (this is crucial because i really do not live close). I have no idea what he said to the DA but I'm really grateful he went to bat for me.

Amazing lawyer

Jonathan Turner is the best in the business. He was able to take my legal nightmare and turn it into a very manageable outcome. I was looking at possibly spending 70 days in jail for a 2nd DUI offense and assault Jonathan was able to get my DUI dismissed and my sentence reduced to community service and probation only. He is top of the line with his knowledge of the law and how the court system works and definately someone you want on your side if you are facing a legal battle.

He is a AMAZING lawyer

He handled my possession of marijuana charge extremely well dropping my sentence from a year of probation down to 8 hours community service. He was very clear and patient with me and made sure I understood what was happening inside the court room I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Life Saver.. Miracle!!

I hired Mr. Turner for Dui(1st) & Implied consent violation back in November, 2019. I hired him both in general session & circuit court. After 3 years of fighting, Attorney Jonathan Turner got me the best deal possible. As an immigrant, it was emotionally and mentally hard to have any criminal hurdles like this. He listened all of my situation and immigration status and understood my side of the story. Finally when the time came, he delivered that to DA and Judge in circuit court. I’ve got my self walked out of the court without license suspension, jail time, community service and even a court fee. I highly recommend Mr. Turner for all criminal issues. Much appreciated sir!
