I am originally from Jackson Tennessee. I moved from West Tennessee to Middle Tennessee to attend Middle Tennessee State University where I graduated in 2005. I began my legal career in the Rutherford County Chancery Court as a Deputy Clerk. I later served as law clerk to the Honorable J. Mark Rogers, Circuit Judge for the 16th Judicial District. After leaving the Judge’s office I worked in office of Bragg, Mansfield, and Stegall where I assisted with civil, criminal, and real property cases, while attending Nashville School of Law. Unique Divorce

Tommy helped make the process of my divorce understandable for me, and when things went poorly in it, he went to bat for me time and time again. He helped me through the whole process, including with my correspondence so I never put my foot in my mouth. When my divorce turned into a unique situation in that my spouse died before the divorce was complete, he handled it as quickly and thoroughly as anyone in that situation could. I also initiated a wrongful death suit through his law office and they cancelled it and took nothing in payment once it became clear the insurance company would be willing to pay without needing to involve them. They handled me with care and I will definitely be using their offices again, should I ever need a lawyer in the future.

Knowledgeable, fair and assertive

Attorney Bray assisted me with a divorce that began smooth and simple, and then quickly escalated to the potential of a full hearing to determine the custody of my children. Bray was able to help me plan various paths for the many outcomes and situations that could have resulted in my case. His knowledge and determination to help me gain custody of my children helped me feel confident in the final outcome. Ultimately we were able to settle out of court. Best Lawyer Ever!

Mr. Bray was amazing. I wanted a divorce, but I also wanted NOT to have to deal with my ex as he's awfully intimidating. Mr. Bray was definitely not intimidated by him and worked to finalize the divorce as quickly as possible--I never even had to step inside the court room. He was thoughtful throughout the entire process, trying to give me as much guidance as I needed, but not pushing me to ask for more in the divorce.

Great Lawyer!

Tommy helped my tremendously through a very tough time. He always gave me good advice and talked me off the ledge when I felt like the world was coming to an end. VERY PROFESSIONAL

Amazing

I really don't know where to start, Mr.Bray, is one heck of a Lawyer and team player. I came into the office to speak with my own Lawyer and did not receive the help that I need. Intelligent and understanding service

Mr. Thomas Bray goes beyond to give his clients the representation they need in the time of situations that bring forth injustices. Mr. Bray made sure he did the footwork for researching the necessary information pertaining to my case that the DA and many others do not care to do to make sure I was not penalized unfairly despite the DA unwillingness to view and understand the evidence at his disposal. Although, I personally do not plan on having to use any lawyer again. Mr Bray is who I would recommend to anyone regardless of the type of case.

Job well done
