Building a successful family is challenging. When everything is going well in the household unit life is at it's most fulfilling moments. I have found just the opposite to also be true. Ms Oxford represented me in an extremely difficult high conflict case complete with false allegations, improper behavior, contempt allegations, and her work was outstanding. Just her responses to motions resulted in the motions being dropped every time before appearing in court, and her skillful plan...ning and sage advice resulted in my being well positioned for a successful mediation. The most important thing I can say is hire her, and then do exactly what she says.

Wasted money (Approx $3500) with her trying to get a divorce. She filed with the county , but didn't do much of anything else for me. She wasn't getting anything done. We never heard back from wife. She said she couldn't force her to respond to my divorce filing. Well, I have a new lawyer and they c...an force everything necessary to get things moving. Ms, Oxford picked up a case involving a child custody and she was appointed the child's custodian. We decided I needed to find a new lawyer. Wasted money. NEVER received a refund or anything. I wouldn't use Ms. Oxford for a traffic ticket. I have an attorney that would run circles around Ms. Oxford. In my opinion, she was a total waste of money in this particular incident.
