Fantastic Lawyer

Mr. Carter was a top notch divorce attorney. He is knowledgeable, personable, and helped me get through a very difficult time. He was always responsive to emails and phone calls and explained the process very thoroughly from the beginning to the end. I would highly Mr. Carter to anyone going through ...a divorce, he made a bad experience tolerable. Thank you again for everything Mr. Carter!

The best family attorney in Middle Tennessee, hands down

Brad’s skills as a family law attorney are unmatched in all of middle Tennessee. My case involved complex multi-state jurisdiction issues with children. I met with numerous highly reputable attorneys prior to selecting Brad and he was the only one who projected confidence in navigating these issues t...o a successful outcome, and he delivered! He successfully overcame my spouse’s motion to dismiss the case and kept it in Tennessee where it belongs. His superior knowledge of Tennessee law, craftsmanship of arguments and the familiarity with the judicial bench in Williamson County made him the best advocate I could have hoped for. What’s more, he did all of this within a *very* reasonable budget considering the complexity of the circumstances. His invoices were always accurate and, importantly, lacked the fluff/padding sometimes seen with other attorneys. Brad is an attorney of high moral character who genuinely cares & plans for the well-being of his clients many years into the future. He can sense and see around judicial corners that you never even knew existed. He has truly been a rock through a very turbulent time. I highly recommend that you meet with Brad. If he says he can win your case, he WILL deliver.

Professional, empathetic, winner

Brad came to take over my case in a divorce that seemed to never end. He got up to speed on the case quickly, gave me sound advice, and acted as a true legal counselor, not just someone who would do whatever I wanted him to do. I appreciated that. He is very professional and is simply a good perso...n. I highly recommend.

Highly dedicated, professional attorney

I have come to know Brad Carter to be a competent, professional, up front, tell it like it is attorney. We (my son) needed a well seasoned, professional lawyer to take his case, and Mr. Carter was selected from above to do the job. It took two years for the case to be settled in our favor. Their ...diligence and dedication to represent my son is what we received from his team. We never saw the hours Mr. Carter spent preparing for court appearances nor the times spent speaking with the plaintiff’s attorneys; yet, we know all this was instrumental in negotiating the favorable outcome in the Civil Lawsuit against my son. Brad’s expertise in law, research, skilled collaboration and attention to detail were sure components to him being able to deliver the best solution possible for my son. Mr. Carter was prompt in relaying information regarding any new developments and any court related issues. The day we met to retain him and his associate was a very dark day for us. It was like walking in the dark; groping for a glimmer of light and direction out of this deep hole my son had fallen in. In his sympathetic way, we got that glimmer of light we had hoped for; though he laid out the worst case scenario, we felt confident that we had been led to the right man of law. The only promise he made to us, is that he would represent my son to his best of his ability with the goal of getting the best result. He kept his word. When people come to an attorney seeking counsel, the response of that attorney should be as reassuring as possible that he/she is on their team. He suggested to my son to live his life and let him do what he does, which is work on cases. Brad could not promise us the outcome, and he did not sugar coat and give false hope. Yet, we felt some relieve knowing that he and Sean Aiello would be doing everything they could to represent him well. I close adding, they not only represented my son in such an excellent way that leaves us feeling forever grateful , but they also represented their profession and their law firm to a high level of honor. I admire and think highly of these two men knowing that though they may have had some personal reservations regarding some of the details in the case, it never hindered their acts of professionalism. I pray I nor any of my family will need to be represented in a court of law, but should I ever know of someone who does, Brad Carter is the attorney, I would refer.

GREAT GUY!

Brad Is a true professional as he consulted me on my out of state divorce/custody case and took his time on the phone and discussed in detail what strategy he would use and took his time & explained in detail to me so i could understand as im not an attorney. Due to my limited financial situation wit...h having to hire an attorney in Illinois and one in Tennessee, Unfortunately I had to go another route. Had it been all in Tennessee Brad would have been my guy. He is a good guy whom i can tell cares!
