At Foxtrot Family Law, all we do is help committed parents and caring relatives be effective in Child Custody cases.
We help you stand up to bullies when the Other Side or when DHR oversteps their bounds and fails to respect your rights and beliefs and relationship with your child.
We believe that you have a fundamental right under our Constitution to raise your children how you see fit and to spend as much time with them as you can. You may have nothing to hide, but that doesn't mean that DHR or the Other Side gets to control or manipulate your relationship with your child.
Winning or losing in Child Custody is about leaving it all on the field, knowing in your heart and having the peace of mind that you did everything you could for what you believe to be best for your child.

Horrible the worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney
They were unorganized and lazy. Every time I called to ask questions, I felt like I was bothering them. I had to tell them I was going to find another attorney before they got anything done. The attorney that was working my case quit and went to another firm which then they where totally lost.
