In the end, the toxicology report came back completely clean, and both the DUI and domestic violence charges were dropped. What impressed me most about Emery was the confidence and professionalism he brought into the courtroom. He walked in with the presence of someone who truly knows the law and how to advocate for his client. That confidence immediately reassured us that we had the right attorney representing her. This was an incredibly stressful experience for our family, but Emery handled the case with skill, patience, and professionalism from beginning to end. Very helpful answering questions about divorce before and during the process. He did a great job in the courtroom questioning the defense. Mr. Massey is a very personable and down to earth lawyer. He has guided me through my best options and never made me feel rushed while he throughly answered all my questions. He has quickly filed all necessary motions and kept me in the loop at all times.
