Excellent law firm!
My wife was rear ended by a negligent driver and suffered severe upper neck/back trauma. We knew it was in our best interests to seek legal help to assist in dealing with their insurance company. I found Hudson Law Firm on Google and read through all of the reviews. I was initially skeptical due to all of the raving reviews accompanied by 5 stars but the reviews didn't appear to be fabricated. We met with Sam and they accepted our case. They set my wife up with medical care which was covered under a Letter of Protection(LOP), which promises the medical professionals that they will get paid out of the settlement. This helped tremendously considering the final costs of all of the medical my wife needed. We dealt with Sam primarily and she was always the consummate professional. She kept us informed at all times, answered any and all questions we had, and displayed a sincere concern for my wife's well being. The only issue we had was with one of the medical providers who, at times, took a long time to respond to the law firm. This, in turn, created a significant gap in treatment and more importantly caused my wife to endure pain for much longer than was needed. Our tips to those going through this process is don't allow a gap in treatment to occur and take all of the prescribed medication. Mr. Hudson spoke with us directly when it came time to negotiate the settlement. He's very knowledgeable in the process and will assist you in making an informed decision. In the end, we are very satisfied with the outcome of the settlement. We appreciate the time and effort Mr. Hudson, Sam, and the rest of the team put into our case as well as the level of professionalism, integrity, communication, and personal attention they exhibited. Give them a call and I'm certain they will treat you the same way!

Top notch service!
I was hit from behind and my car was totaled. Went to Hudson Law firm, where they quickly went to work and got me the medical exams and therapy I needed right away with no out of pocket cost to me upfront. That was very important to me as I dad of three I need everything I can for my kids. They where easy to deal with always polite and professional. They did what I hoped would happen and more. The whole process of losing my car and getting hurt could have been a lot worse. Would not have been able to get through it without Hudson. Thanks for all your hard work on this! JB

At the age of 18, I was in a life changing car accident that was in no way my fault and the team over at Hudson Law Firm fully knew and believed that as they helped me get the compensation I was entitled to. Even though it took a while as I was going to different doctors getting the treatment they stuck with my case and continued to do everything they could to get me as much as they could knowing I had a full life ahead of me and this accident was not just a one-time injury. I can not thank the entire team there enough as they were always looking out for me. Anthony and Sam were always there to answer the phone to answer a question even if it was a dumb one they still answered it to the fullest. As it got closer to the end Joel himself did an amazing job at keeping me in the loop on how things were going and not only that but also was great at always finding different options to get what I wanted to be done. If I am ever in another care accident my first call will always be Hudson Law Firm!

You have a choice
Being in an automobile accident can be a life altering experience. What you might not know is that it absolutely necessary to have an attorney handle your claim. After my accident involving a very negligent driver, an off duty police officer as a witness and the driver admitting his negligence on the police report I thought I should be able to handle this on my own. I also should mention that I have experience as a personal injury legal assistant as well as the above-mentioned circumstances. It was not until I called an attorney that I got the needed medical treatment and financial compensation. The Hudson Law Firm/Joel Hudson is the attorney I called. You have many choices when it comes to attorneys but if you want one that cares, that will not only get the insurance company to comply but more importantly get you the medical treatment to get your life back I would recommend calling the Hudson Law Firm.

Amazing work by an amazing office.
Joel Hudson did an amazing job with my personal injury case when I was involved in a major car accident at which I was not at fault. THE BEST PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER OUT THERE!!
Mr Hudson completely exceeded our expectations. I got in a very bad car accident in July of 2014. Fortunately I was not at fault. When I presented our case to Mr. Hudson I felt extremely comfortable. He assured us, that my wife and I would both be very satisfied at the end. We had our doubts, not about him, but about our case in general, but when I finally received the call stating how much we would have in our pockets from this settlement we could not believe it!!!! We weren't just satisfied with the results, we were truly speechless. Mr. Hudson took care of us from the beginning of this process till the very end, even when hard times came he never disappointed us. I am beyond impressed with the service provided by the good folks at Hudson Law Firm. Everyone I've dealt with has been exceptionally honest, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Stupendous lawyer for all!
I was in an accident last July and at first tried to settle with the insurance company on my own. Big mistake but luckily for me, Joel was already working on my passengers case and was more than willing to take mine on as well. He responded to my emails and phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions, no matter how stupid they may have been. He was patient with me as I do have a mental disorder that makes it difficult to communicate effectively on the phone. He is a kind and honest lawyer, one I highly recommend. I know you're thinking why I put that last bit of information but here is why; if you're like me and have social anxiety or what have you, he will put you at ease immediately and that is what is the most important thing. He settled my case in a reasonable time frame and he battled for my rights like a warrior. He truly does put the Personal back in Personal Injury!

Caring attorney who knows his stuff!
I retained Joel for my car accident because when we first met I got the impression that he would give my case personal attention versus having a legal assistant do all of the work. He kept true to his word and we settled my case in the time frame that we discussed at our first meeting. Joel isn't in it "just for the money." He truly cares about people and helped me move beyond some of the personal issues that arose due to my accident. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Renovation Gone Bad
Joel helped me recover some of my out of pocket expenses from a bathroom renovation gone wrong. And got me a guarantee that no lien would be placed on my property. He was convenient and easy to work with. He worked with me over the phone and via emails. This eliminated the need to take off from work to get this important matter attended to. This issue had already caused so much disruption to my life. He listens to you and provides feedback; if you have questions he gives you answer or he does the research and follows up with you. I would recommend him and I would use him again if the needed.

“I called Joel Hudson after I was hurt in a car accident. He was very concerned wanting to know what happened. He gave me his recommendation of actions he wanted to implement right away then the he explained to me what was going to happen in our long term plan about this case. Everything that Joel said was going to happen did end up happening. So I was never surprised or blindsided by any of the actions the other side tried to throw at us, which was very comforting. My experience with Joel Hudson was outstanding! He keeps you informed of any new developments along the way so I always felt like I was important enough to be in "the loop" and not just any other client.”

Terrible Attorney. Do not use Mr. Hudson for any thing.
Mr. Hudson is a terrible attorney. He does not respond in a timely manner. His assistant, "client service specialist", does all of the communications. Ginny is very nice, but she is not the attorney. Mr. Hudson does not respond personally, which kind of makes his motto, "We put personal back into personal injury law", A JOKE. I would rate him very impersonal, and disconnected from his clients. Mr. Hudson appears to be doing very well, and living well; but I cannot say the same for his clients. Slow, unguided, and not really serving the clients interests would better define Mr. Hudson's practice. You can accept these shortfalls, if that is what you look for in a lawyer. Outcome for my case is pending, well short of any expectations I would expect from a competent lawyer. Mr. Hudson sounds like a nice person, when you actually get a chance to talk to him. Just keep in mind, nice will only get you so far in a legal case; and in most cases, will get you on the losing side of an argument. If this is your goal, maybe you should give Mr. Hudson a shot. If you want a smart, aggressive lawyer, who is on your side, and will return your phone calls in a reasonable amount of time (like within a week), then Mr. Hudson is probably not your guy for the job. Personally, I would never recommend Mr. Hudson to anyone, except to the few I don't like, and even then I am not sure if he would warrant a recommendation. Good luck, if you sign a retainer fee agreement with this guy!
