Always willing and able to explain complicated legal concepts clearly and concisely, Sara is skilled at working with her clients to ensure their plan will work now and in the future.

Sara is a member of the State Bar of Alabama, the American Bar Association, volunteers with the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program, and serves on committees at her church.  Prior to joining opening her own law firm, Sara worked fulltime as a paralegal and law clerk while she was attending law school at night.  

 

Sara enjoys being outdoors, travelling, and spending time with her husband and son.

Great law firm!
Sara and her staff made things so easy for me. She made it easy to open my mother's estate. She broke everything down perfectly throughout the whole process. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs representation.

served for increase in standard of living
Sara reviewed my case and defended me in court against my ex wife. The standard of living increase was denied. My cost from her were minimal and fair. My ex had to pay $25,000.00 to her atty. Because Sara is a knowledgeable and efficient attorney that keeps her clients interest first, I will use her when I need an atty that I can trust to defend me. She was also recommended to me through the JAG office on Redstine Arsenal.

Excellent Lawyer
We contacted Mrs. Doty concerning bankruptcy. She was well informed and gave us excellent advice. She did file bankruptcy on our behalf. She was always easy to reach and she responded with any phone calls or emails we sent her way. She is an excellent lawyer, one that if needed, we would definitely use again.

Poor Attorney
She started out as helpful and I'm not sure what happened to her. I think the case got too difficult for her. She was only interested in charging more money and not interested in handling issues at hand. I paid money for specific things and to this day never got. My advice...Do not hire this attorney.
