Very professional, prompt services, quality representation
Attorney Miller was prompt with all phases of my case. I also got the right, just, and favorable outcome from my case thanks in part to her experience. If you have any family law issue (I had several ranging from elderly care, child care, estate questions, death, and divorce), I highly recommend using Attorney Miller. She fought for my case in court and she wasn't afraid to take the case to trial. I had answers to all questions rapidly. 7 different lives were made better thanks to her help with my family law issues. SEVEN people benefited from her assistance in my case.
Melissa was very professional in my divorce proceedings. She filed all paperwork required and only had me come into the office if necessary. She was able to keep it out of court. She was very informative on the steps we needed to take and let me know what usually happens next. I would highly recommend her services.

After finishing high school at Holly Pond High School, I moved to Tuscaloosa where I attended the University of Alabama as a Telecommunication and Film major. After graduating from the University of Alabama, I went on to have a successful career in television news working at stations in Alabama and Georgia. In 2002, I married a soldier in the United States Army. Shortly thereafter, my family and I moved to Huntsville in 2003 after my husband was medically discharged from the Army due to injuries he sustained during Operation Enduring Freedom. I had to help my husband fight for his VA disability benefits. From my own experience, I understand just what military families and veterans go through when a soldier is injured. I also understand the unique family issues that today’s military families years, I was a stay at home mom of three who worked freelance jobs in sports media and publicity. I wanted to attend law school but the time never seemed just right. Shortly after the birth of my third child, I began to attend law school at Birmingham School of Law. Shortly after starting law school, my husband and I separated and divorce proceedings began. I continued my legal education, driving to Birmingham three to five times a week. With help from my mother, family, and friends, I was able to finish the four year program in three years. I finished cum laude, and in the top 8 percent of my law school class. I was certified by the Alabama State Bar shortly am committed to providing not only expert legal services to my clients, but am very committed to providing excellent customer service. I never want my clients to ever feel like they are just another file on my desk or that their problems do not matter, because they do. I knows what it is like for an attorney not to return an important call, and I am committed to making sure all of my client’s calls and emails are returned in a timely manner. I knows just how difficult the legal process can be and I am there to help you through it every step of the way. I have handled over a hundred cases. Clients trust me with the most important things to them - their families, their children, and their financial well-being. I do not take that trust lightly, and feel abundantly blessed that God has put me in the position to help people and make a difference in someone's life.
