She will not help you. She will talk all fancy and run her mouth and laugh at her own jokes. If you don't have a lot of money or be willing to pay her in cash, then she may take your case, but she won't do anything to help you, and when you lose your case she'll blame you then tell you that you owe m...ore money! If you don't pay she will start threatening you and may even file against you because you are a day late with your payment. She honestly believe the other attorneys in the area like her, but they have all said they can't stand her because she lies constantly and is into some pretty dirty shady business deals.

Conversations with her are rude and disappointing. She is unorganized, she blamed me for not having a case put together. Then when I received no calls from her about what the next step was. I emailed her to find out, which was met with hostility. I tried to explain that I was just needing to know wha...t else she needed and what sort of case we were preparing. To which she responded, I don’t put any plans together for cases because they might change. Scary to have a lawyer who doesn’t know how to prepare a winning argument. But to have someone who doesn’t prepare at all you mine as well not have a lawyer. At the end I told her I got a different lawyer. So she proceeded to charge me the entire retainer with charges for everything she could think of. Then when I ask them why I was being charged 140$ to read my email, she said “we may not track our time very well, but we keep track of what we do.” Then she said, “you can’t do anything about it!” And hung up on me. I’m surprised to feel bullied by a lawyer but i guess it happens.

You'd be better off just going with another attorney. Working with Rachel was very discouraging. She and her staff are rude and unprofessional. Simply calling or email to ask a question was met with hostility, as though I were bothering them by being concerned about my case. Her prices are comparable... to the prices of other lawyers, just save yourself the extra stress and find a better fit.

I had hired Rachel to zealously represent me in court over a year ago. Every time I spoke with her she was clueless to what I was talking about. She would reply "how come this is the first time I'm hearing this?" Then I would say something to remind her and all of a sudden she would not have time t...o discuss it. Clients and future clients must also be aware of the billing and I recommend anyone who has used her to triple look over statements received from her office. Rachel likes to bill the professional rate when you have spoken to her paralegal. Again most Professional attorneys do not charge professional rates when client spoke to secretary. As I looked over the three statements I got from her she tried to leave out the first $100.00 I had paid her then later after I brought it to her attention tried telling me she gave me a discount. Again if I paid you it is not a discount rather monies paid toward the case. There had been extra dates and materials added in my statement. Her manners are horrible and she tries to say it is "to prepare for the Judge". This is a very bad horrible no good lazy A** excuse for an attorney! er over 5,000 and she still did not do one service I asked her. She caused me to spend over $1000 in flight expenses, due to her negligence to my case and an order I had taken care of immediately in Jan. February she notified me the court did not have it./ Feb. I sent her the statement and copies where I had received it. In March I had to go to court. I was out of state on job when they said I had to be there. I flew back only to find out IN FACT Rachel had not zealously represented myself or my case. To my shock the court was noticed by Rachel over a month late. Due to the courts thinking I had not done what I had been ordered to do. When I told her we needed to talk and get it straight her response was to Motion a Withdraw and never gave me answers. This is a 60 something year old trying to stay 20 with your money! IF YOU WANT TO PAY SOMEONE TO CONTINUE GETTING BAD PLASTIC SURGERY AND SUPPLY NO SERVICE...... THIS IS THE ATTORNEY FOR YOU! However I deeply recommend you look har. I had paid hder before trusting this Fake Plastic. I have dealt with several different attorneys over the past years.
