Mr. Green has experience litigating a vast array of Labor and Employment discrimination cases, representing both corporate and individual employers against claims of race discrimination, age discrimination, gender discrimination, disability discrimination, religious discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation under federal and state laws. Mr. Green also has experience working in federal chambers as a legal term clerk for an Alabama federal judge. whose court docket was populated by multiple Labor and Employment Law matters.
