As I approached a certification process for another profession, it came to light that some youthful mistakes previously believed expunged were, in fact, still on my record. Needing to resolve this in a timely manner, I met with JD who immediately started me on the path of paperwork collection, notarization of documents, and all the other fun tasks involved in the expungement of an old case. While I panicked, JD remained calm and professional throughout the process. Excellent Appellate Attorney

Professional and timely legal advice

In July 2012, I was given a ticket for speeding in St. Clair County, AL. I contacted JD Lloyd to explain to me all of my legal options. With his assistance and counsel, I was able to secure a deferred prosecution program in order to dispose of this speeding ticket and have it excluded from my permanent record. JD Lloyd was professional and timely with his legal advice. I would recommend JD Lloyd for any other defense needs.
